We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia. This is a HYBRID opportunity. The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role by preparing detailed and accurate quotes for dance flooring systems. This position is responsible for submitting and tracking customer orders, monitoring sales activity, helping drive revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide inbound sales and technical assistance to dance professionals, professional and home studio owners, teachers, architects, and designers to help them select the most appropriate dance floor systems. Recommend customized product solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and satisfaction. Actively contribute to building long-term customer relationships through consultative selling. Prepare detailed quotations for dance floor systems, incorporating product specifications, delivery logistics, and comprehensive care and handling instructions to support informed purchasing decisions. Process orders efficiently using sales inventory management software, referencing current price lists and product literature to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain clear communication with management by submitting regular activity reports, sales metrics, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by participating in training sessions and staying informed about new product developments, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and insights that support product enhancements, promotional strategies, and targeted campaigns. Assist in managing inventory levels by communicating demand trends and customer preferences to the supply chain team, helping to optimize stock availability. Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent the company, showcase products, and build relationships with potential clients and partners. Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in sales workflows or customer interactions and recommending actionable solutions.
