About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related sales role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools, including Salesforce.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM platforms to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Manage and update customer information and sales activities in CRM software such as Salesforce.com to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned sales territories to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with outside sales teams and other departments to coordinate efforts and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
