Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for regional lead management, assigned account growth and regional inventory management goals and general sales and technical support to assist in taking great care of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage account list, strengthening relationships and growing business Provide technical support to customers by phone and email Enter quotes and manage lead assignments, ensuring follow-up and documentation. Assist customers with product selection. Document account activities in the CRM system. Develop and manage opportunity pipelines. Conduct virtual and phone sales calls to expand territory. Qualify and develop leads, coordinating account setup. Set and maintain pricing. Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. Advise on product cross-reference options. Vet and nurture marketing leads, ensuring timely follow-up. Communicate with Customer Service and Buyers on inventory management. Regularly communicate usage projections for exclusive and high-value inventory.
