The Inside Sales Representative will interact with customers and address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist the Sales team in delivering excellent service to our customers. The Inside Sales representative is the first point of contact for incoming customer requests and is a vital and dynamic part of our industry.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, data entry experience, sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Business acumen
  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MS 365 Office Suite experience
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and phone.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone lines, communicates with manufacturers and wholesaler’s customers via telephone, email, online or in person to provide support, track orders, and provide technical assistance on products or services.
  • Answer front door at Michel Sales and assist customers.
  • Make outbound calls to factory partners to obtain technical information, lead times and availability per customer requests.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Monitor Sales inbox and respond to customer email requests.
  • Understanding customer’s needs and recommending solutions
  • Quoting product in IS Quotes system.
  • Following up on leads, quotes
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
  • Assist in closing sales and achieving sales goals/targets.
  • Special projects as needed for the business.
