About The Position

Are you the kind of person who refuses to let opportunities slip through the cracks? Do you naturally follow up, stay organized, and feel motivated when you move deals from "maybe" to "signed"? We're looking for a highly disciplined Inside Sales Representative to drive pipeline momentum, improve proposal conversion, and help turn opportunities into booked revenue -- especially in repair, HOA, and property management projects. This is not a passive order-taking role. This is a revenue-driving, deal-advancing position.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, sales development, or pipeline management
  • Comfortable making consistent outbound and inbound calls
  • Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Results-oriented and accountable

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our Sales Director and outside sales team to ensure consistent follow-up, proposal advancement, and contract conversion.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries
  • Conduct outbound follow-up to warm, cold, stale, and dormant opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments for repair, HOA, and property management projects
  • Properly document and qualify leads before handoff
  • Proactively follow up on proposals that haven't closed
  • Re-engage lost or inactive bids to uncover renewed opportunities
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence throughout the sales process
  • Identify stalled deals and implement structured follow-up plans
  • Ask for the business and help drive contracts to signature
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records in HubSpot
  • Monitor deal aging and opportunity progression
  • Ensure no qualified lead remains untouched
  • Support weekly pipeline review meetings with accurate reporting
  • Handle inbound calls with urgency and professionalism
  • Support Daniel primarily with repair and maintenance jobs
  • Assist with HOA and property management company relationships
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to identify process improvements
