About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, making outbound and inbound sales calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to educate customers on Pest Pro’s services while building trust and long-term relationships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote Pest Pro services and subscription plans. Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule inspections, treatments, and follow-up appointments accurately in FieldRoutes. Clearly explain service options, pricing, and promotions. Overcome objections and close sales in a professional, ethical manner. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and call outcomes. Follow established call scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Represent Pest Pro in alignment with company core values: Professionalism, Ownership, Relationships, and Service. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to speak clearly on the phone for long durations. Ability to use a computer, headset, and office equipment. Compensation: Draw plus commission/bonus opportunities. Work Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility as business needs require. This can be an office or remote position. Requirements
