Requirements

2 years of call center or sales experience
Proven experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer experience or a similar role
Ability to maintain a dedicated remote workstation conducive to productivity
Required to have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to update and maintain accurate records in a CRM
Attention to detail, communication skills and time management skills
Must be available to work evening and weekend shifts
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is an asset
