Join our OEM Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative and partner with the OEM Sales Manager to strengthen designated accounts. You’ll own the administrative flow for quotes, qualify customer requirements, onboard new customers, and deliver outstanding service across the OEM portfolio. Working closely with Account Managers, you’ll help determine if prospective customers fit the FCS business model, driving smart, strategic decisions that fuel OEM growth and ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in customer service is required.
  • Strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify customers to ensure they fit the FCS business model by confirming the end product, assessing order quantities (minimum/standard packs), and evaluating overall sales viability.
  • Set customer pricing in alignment with strategy and margin guidelines established by management.
  • Respond to customer requests promptly via fax, email, or phone with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Proactively follow up on payment issues and claims to protect revenue and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Solicit and secure customer orders across multiple channels: in person, by phone, fax, website, and mail.
  • Conduct visits to customer locations as directed to strengthen relationships and gather on-site insights.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve purchase-order discrepancies quickly and accurately.
  • Retrieve and verify pricing from IMS2 and/or Baan to ensure up-to-date, correct quotations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
