Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a leading distributor of high-quality flow and fluid handling products, is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our company — building relationships with customers, providing solutions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service and quality.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience
• Experience within customer service at a manufacturer or industrial distributer is preferred
• Experience or knowledge of industrial fluid process products is a plus!
• Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers succeed
• Demonstrated professionalism, and the ability to guide customers toward solutions
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Persuasive, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), able to type 40+ WPM, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM software

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree is preferred
• Experience within customer service at a manufacturer or industrial distributer is preferred
• Experience or knowledge of industrial fluid process products is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering calls, resolving issues, entering orders, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Turn inquiries into opportunities — recommend complementary products, accessories, or replacements to meet customer needs.
• Prepare bids and quotations, then follow up to close the sale.
• Document all customer interactions and sales activities in our ACS system.
• Partner with Outside Sales to provide exceptional account management and support both new and existing customers.
• Help execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement.
• Stay up to date on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products through ongoing product and sales training.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.
