About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring accurate order processing through ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and proficiency in ERP software.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years office experience, preferably in a technical sales department of a manufacturing company.
Experience with international business, including shipments.
Demonstrates A Player Competencies: Aptitude, Alliance, Agility, Accountability, Awareness, and Anticipation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a pleasant telephone demeanor.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM programs.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and product information.
Process customer orders and maintain data integrity in ERP systems.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM and ERP tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
