Inside Sales Representative - Remote - based in Atlanta Intertek is searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Business Assurance team in the US. What are we looking for? The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team in the capacity of inside sales, including supporting outside sales activities. What you’ll do: Gather required client information to support proposal development and technical review. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the sales process flows efficiently, including managing internal approvals and setup procedures. Prepare proposals and collaborate with technical teams to obtain final approvals. Maintain and update internal sales databases and internal reports. Support the sales process including solution development and proposal delivery—acting as a right-hand partner in client and internal interactions. Send out welcome packages as part of the client onboarding process. Support the client onboarding workflow for new accounts by collecting and process credit applications in collaboration with the credit team for timely approvals. If applicable for non-MDR accounts, gathering client information and coordinating the transfer reviews. If applicable, submit required documentation to the HUB Centre for new account setup and processing. Participate in client calls and meetings, provide administrative support, and assist with follow-up on action items, where necessary. Perform general sales administrative and sales support duties contributing to sales growth and operational efficiency with a team approach to meet annual targets. Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a results-driven mindset focused on achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer experiences.   • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and equivalent (6 yrs) sales or customer service experience
