As a key member of our auction team, your mission is simple: generate revenue by helping dealers buy and sell vehicles through an exceptional marketplace experience. You’ll be the face of our brand, building strong partnerships, promoting services, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional service to all customers — every time.
• Take a hands-on, proactive approach when working with dealers.
• Acquire and grow new dealer accounts while maintaining loyal relationships with existing clients.
• Promote auction services and sales events by distributing marketing materials.
• Clearly communicate auction policies, expectations, and floor price/title details with customers.
• Track and organize customer data, receipts, and calendars to stay on top of your goals.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of current inventory to support sales effectiveness.
• Ensure every unit is accurately represented to maximize success on the auction block.
