About The Position

Case Paper is not your typical paper company. We are on the role in 2025. “We get it done – right.” We are also mindful of our three uniques - Responsive, Reliable, and Resourceful. Owning the customer relationship through the support of our outside sales reps and being the liaison for our customers is the daily game. The standard cookie cutter duties are below but remember, “Owning It” is what it is about.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience within a customer service/inside sales function
  • 2 years’ experience in related field including estimating, purchasing, and/or quote preparation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize tasks with deadlines
  • Experience in AS400 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with account managers to understand customer needs and to fulfill customer inquiries for pricing, availability, and delivery status
  • Maintain price sheets
  • Manage inventory programs
  • Assist with new projects
  • Provide accurate information in a timely manner, collaborating as a team
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Provide market information
  • Gather customer feedback
  • Utilize CRM to maintain customer information and sales notes
  • Verify proper inventory allocation for customer orders and ensure pricing is correct
  • Work with production scheduling to meet delivery expectations
  • Actively own customer orders from beginning to end
  • Offer options to meet customer needs
  • Participate in training opportunities for products or services
  • Gain experience in production processes - internal and external
  • Assist customers with quality issues
  • Assist with customer sample requests
  • Work with other team members to provide customer back-up and cross-training
