The Inside Sales Representative will focus on proactively prospecting for new business opportunities with Restaurants. Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities for TheFork / ElTenedor / LaFourchette. You will acquire these restaurants by phone, collect the information required for qualification of the restaurant, and discover their needs. After qualification, you will explain the benefits to the restaurant to join our network and use our TheForkManager software. The role requires the ability to work independently to meet an individual sales quota as well as part of a wider team to support the overall country and regional quota.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in a commercial, prospecting, and customer management B2B online environment and/or leisure-restoration.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude to developing new prospects and closing deals.
  • Sales motivation and drive.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Strong ability to influence at all levels and strong negotiation skills.
  • Higher education in commerce, restaurant business, or hospitality.
  • Languages: Italian native and fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Serious and committed, with a polite and positive attitude.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Empathetic.
  • Dynamic and perseverant person.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce or ContactCenter programs.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities with Restaurants.
  • Identify, generate, and close sales opportunities for TheFork / ElTenedor / LaFourchette.
  • Acquire restaurants by phone and collect information for qualification.
  • Discover the needs of the restaurants.
  • Explain the benefits of joining our network and using TheForkManager software.
  • Work independently to meet individual sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with the team to support overall country and regional quotas.
