About The Position
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Carter Lumber, you will be the face of the store and the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve providing friendly customer service, assisting customers with their project needs, sharing product information, producing estimates for packages/projects, and processing transactions. You will also follow up on online customer quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, support Outside Sales Representatives as needed, and assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages. Each ISR will undergo training to learn about our products, our POS system, and how to fill out necessary paperwork. This position offers a salary plus commission, with a commission structure that allows for unlimited compensation.
