The position also requires coordination with the Neogen technical Service Department for customer service issues, quoting prices and credit terms, and preparing sales contracts. The candidate will work as part of the sales team to maintain sales and support all customers, including those not directly assigned. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the Marketing Department to keep management informed about market conditions and competitive situations, entering customer data into the CRM database, developing relationships with key influencers, and continuing to build skills in product knowledge and sales training.
