We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative who will handle phone, fax, and e-mail inquiries regarding entering orders, assisting customers with their applications to determine product requirements, stock availability, open order status, shipment availability, and shipment history status. This role is crucial in keeping the Sales Force informed about developments in their respective territories and managing all debit/credits in a timely manner. The Inside Sales Account Representative will receive calls from customers, salesmen, and service centers regarding orders, inquiries about delivery and shipping dates, and requests for item availability. They will also handle emergency quick ship orders, edit and coordinate all incoming orders before and after shipment, and verify the accuracy and completeness of billing and shipping addresses, product specifications, and customer instructions. Communication with customers and service centers regarding stock status, delivery, and order status is essential, as is processing quotation requests to meet customer specifications within the allowed time frame. The representative will also manage general correspondence and special projects as required, contributing positively to the team and participating in training activities and volunteer opportunities through the Xylem Watermark program.
