About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative at Greentech Renewables is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving new sales through effective communication and service. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating new business, and providing professional services with a strong product knowledge base. The representative will work closely with the sales team to meet sales goals and enhance customer orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with Eclipse business software.
• Two years of industry-specific experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer/vendor focus and personal effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and potential customers primarily via telephone and internet.
• Write orders accurately in accordance with sales policies and procedures.
• Maintain the current customer base and meet established monthly sales goals.
• Communicate and cooperate with the outside sales force and other departments for relevant activities.
• Propose process improvement ideas.
• Timely follow-up on all customer orders, quotes, and materials.
• Stay updated on new and existing products and services.
