The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing assigned 'House Accounts'. This includes creating and sending order acknowledgments to customers as required, coordinating intercompany projects and transactions, and providing invoicing support. The role involves project-related communications, including status updates and milestone communications with customers, ASM, and Operations. The representative will support the ASM in facilitating customer visits, including witness test runs and TDI reviews. Additionally, the role requires coordination of quote funnel management in D365 activities, supporting the development of sales process SOPs and document templates, and performing Salesforce and D365 admin tasks related to inactive customer accounts and house account contacts. Participation in weekly production/WIP meetings to coordinate and communicate sales-related actions is also required, along with managing commercial tasks related to customer motor storage, including quotes, POs, and customer documentation.
