As a recognized leader in the debt relief industry, we’re seeking compassionate, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to empower future clients with financial confidence and a sense of wellness to enjoy life. The ideal candidate will become an expert in our debt relief options to provide a best-in-class consultations. They’ll be able to navigate stressful conversations by remaining calm and professional while providing empathetic support to vulnerable consumers. Lastly, they’ll be someone who is results-driven with a passion to perform at high levels and takes advantage of our targeted marketing channels which eliminate the need for cold calling. We are currently hiring for positions in AZ, FL, GA, MI, NC, NV, PA, SC, TN, TX, and UT. This is a remote position with an expected start date of 11/14/2025. Scheduling decisions are based on business need and will be confirmed prior to hiring. We are seeking individuals who are available for the following 8 hour shift scheduling options: Monday through Friday with shift schedules in Eastern Time: 3 p.m. – 12 a.m.; Tuesday through Saturday with shift schedules in Eastern Time: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., 2 p.m. – 11 p.m.; Sunday through Thursday with shift schedules in Eastern Time: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m., 1 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or a college associate's degree equivalent
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous remote work experience highly preferred
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
  • Career-minded with a focus on long-term advancement within the organization
  • Proven ability to remain effective and adjust promptly in a fast-paced workplace

Responsibilities

  • Consult and enroll qualified clients into National Debt Relief’s debt relief programs or recommended options
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce customer relationship management software
  • Complete IAPDA certification within the first year (company sponsored)
  • Meet performance criteria set forth by the management team. Performance criteria subject to change based on company baselines.
  • Adhere to National Debt Relief and Sales department policies and procedures and any applicable changes to either
  • Accurately recall and document call information, skillfully navigate multiple computer systems with strong multitasking abilities
  • De-escalate stressful situations, provide empathetic support to vulnerable clients, and be open to receiving and applying constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
