About The Position
Delta Steel, Inc. is a proven leader in the Steel Service Center Industry for over 50 years and is a subsidiary of Reliance Steel & Aluminum Company, the largest Steel Service Center company in North America. We have an immediate opening for an outgoing and driven individual in our San Antonio office as an Inside Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, establishing, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships, retention, and loyalty. This role involves cold calling, developing new accounts, generating sales quotes, and providing superior customer service to enhance service and expand the customer base. The position requires working effectively in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals as well as individual quotas.
