Overview Maintain and grow parts and service sales within assigned territory. Basic Duties Assists customers with sales needs. This includes establishing, qualifying, maintaining contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales of machines, work tools, rentals, parts and service solutions. Mail and email electronic and other promotional campaigns to assigned accounts. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell. Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales. Measure U/C and report to customer with quote. Conduct TA1 inspections and report to customers with quotes. Manage 300 to 500 active customer accounts.
