Maintain and grow parts and service sales within assigned territory. This position involves assisting customers with sales needs, which includes establishing, qualifying, and maintaining contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales of machines, work tools, rentals, parts, and service solutions. Responsibilities also include mailing and emailing electronic and other promotional campaigns to assigned accounts, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email to cross-sell and up-sell, handling inbound calls and converting them into sales, measuring U/C and reporting to customers with quotes, conducting TA1 inspections and reporting to customers with quotes, and managing 300 to 500 active customer accounts.
