About The Position
At Vertical Mechanical Group (VMG), we are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support and grow our Preventative Maintenance offerings for commercial HVAC and Plumbing services. This role is based in our Sterling, VA office and focuses on generating new maintenance agreements and upgrading existing ones.
Requirements
- Experience selling maintenance or service agreements highly preferred.
- Background in HVAC/Plumbing or commercial building services is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with outbound calling.
- CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to promote preventative maintenance services.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, renewals, and upgrade options.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing maintenance agreements.
- Track sales pipeline and customer interactions in CRM.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
