About The Position

FedData is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative with specific experience working with Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Hardware/4 Hardware to join our Army-focused team. This mid-level role supports the Federal Sales team with critical operational tasks, including RFQ tracking, quote generation, opportunity management, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick to learn, and motivated to grow in the Federal IT sales space.

Requirements

  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S.Citizenship is required.
  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Must have 1-2 years experience working with Contraqer
  • Must have Information Technology Enterprise Solutions - 3 Hardware/4 Hardware (ITES-3H/ITES-4H) experience
  • Must have 1-5 Years of experience in project management/support. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 1-5 years of experience with supporting internal and external Customers. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 1-5 years of experience problem solving to ensure client relationships are maintained. May accept less years of experience if candidate has a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be prof cient in common IT Skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Army procurement processes, RFQs, or DoD contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Enter new opportunities in Sales Force and also update as new information is available
  • Work with OEMs and Distributors to secure best pricing
  • Complete price quotes for end users and fi nal bids to purchasing/contracting personnel
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers and OEMs
  • Track status of opportunities and update management, Sales Force, and Customers
  • Assist with generating status reports
