The Inside Sales Representative will assist in sales efforts and partner with the assigned Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSMs) to develop and nurture new prospects and close profitable new business. The ISR serves existing customers and accounts to increase sales of company products and/or services. Other responsibilities include preparing order packages and quotes, updating CRM records, developing and maintaining positive customer and prospect relations, and leading customer and account service activities.
