About The Position

Ensures domestic and international customers are retained, and satisfied with the Stolle Machinery Co Inside Sales Rep. Through IFS and using all other Stolle departments (internal resources) grant assistance, problem solve and provide solutions to address the needs of the internal and external customer. Must strive to exceed the customer’s expectations, provide the best possible service and keep commitments made to the customer.  Respond as the single point of accountability (SPA) for a product line(s) as assigned while supporting the efforts of the entire Inside Sales Rep department and the company as a whole.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 yrs. in a Inside Sales Rep environment (not call center)
  • 2-3 yrs. experience with an ERP system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and organization skills
  • Attention to detail, follow-up, and ability to set appropriate priorities
  • Strong orientation for math, measurements and numbers
  • Ability to lift/ maneuver 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • International clientele exposure helpful, though not required
  • Mechanically inclined, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research: Conduct effective and efficient assessment with the customer for clarity of issue and to determine root concern. Problem solve and provide solutions to assist the customer in the following areas (but not limited to); warranty, parts, orders, shipping, inventory, purchasing, accounting and sales. Data entry, report generation; interpretation and analysis and effective communication of the same to internal and external customers.
  • Communications: Provide status reports to customers/stakeholders as required.
  • Relationships: Build and develop relationships with your customer base to instill confidence for Stolle Machinery Co.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.
