About The Position
As an Inside Sales Representative at Home Defense USA, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide exceptional home protection services through our home warranty products. This position is based in our rapidly growing Maryland Heights office, where you will have the opportunity to thrive in an innovative environment that promotes career growth for individuals with a positive mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and potential clients, providing them with comprehensive product and service information, and offering tailored solutions to drive company revenue. You will handle both inbound and outbound phone inquiries related to our three-year home warranty products, employing a consultative and advisory sales approach to assist current and future homeowners. Maintaining professionalism and courtesy in all interactions is paramount, as you will be representing our brand and values. Your daily responsibilities will include prospecting and contacting potential clients through warm leads, maintaining a high volume of inbound calls (averaging 50-60 calls per day), and meeting performance metrics. This position offers a commission-based compensation plan with significant earning potential, including bonuses for top producers, who can earn between $80K and $110K+ annually.
