We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and personable Inside Sales Representative – Field Solutions to serve as a trusted partner for our clients in the fields of surveying, drones, progress cameras, environment monitoring, and site access control solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face customer interactions, demonstrates technical acumen, and understands the real-world application of field technologies on construction sites. It offers a unique opportunity to blend solution-driven sales with hands-on support and consultation. They will understand that tasks are made easier when using the right tool at the right time and takes pride in listening carefully to customer needs and challenges in order to recommend the most appropriate and effective solution. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Role Overview This role is expected to be highly customer-facing and hands-on, serving as the bridge between OES Equipment's advanced field technology offerings and the construction professionals who rely on them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, guiding them to the right solution, and ensuring satisfaction through the entire equipment lifecycle—from consultation to deployment.
