About The Position

This position has a key strategic support role within the eCommerce Team. This team works closely with our eCommerce and Marketing Teams to ensure seamless account support, sales enablement, and operational execution. Focusing on proactive sales support, account coordination, pricing support, reporting, and follow-through to maximize revenue opportunities and strengthen account relationships.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account coordination (preferably in home furnishings, design, or manufacturing)
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary sales support and revenue-driving partner for eCommerce opportunities
  • Proactively manage outbound and inbound sales communication with eCommerce customers via phone and email to drive conversion, repeat purchases, and account expansion
  • Partner closely with the Customer Service team to support day-to-day account needs, to include order placement, order troubleshooting, shipment tracking, returns, and resolution of service or quality issues
  • Support seasonal and annual eCommerce sales initiatives such as product launches, promotional campaigns, pricing updates, assortment transitions, and online merchandising improvements
  • Drive reactivation and growth of underperforming or inactive eCommerce accounts through targeted outreach, product recommendations, and promotional offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service to support sales initiatives and resolve issues impacting revenue
  • Monitor and enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance by regularly reviewing eCommerce sites, documenting violations, and coordinating with internal teams to address and resolve issues
  • Track and manage eCommerce orders, ensuring accurate execution and proactive communication in partnership with internal teams
  • Support major sales initiatives including eCommerce training rollouts, new product launches, and digital sample or swatch distribution
  • Maintain and update CRM tools, sales trackers, and performance dashboards used to manage eCommerce accounts and sales pipelines
  • Monitor key sales and account performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance overall product mix and margin
  • Prepare account-specific sales data, insights, and communications to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reviews
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues that may impact the overall customer experience
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the growth of eCommerce sales
