About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at MarketStar is responsible for managing the full cycle sales process for new accounts, particularly for eMoney, a company focused on helping individuals discuss financial matters. This role involves converting qualified sales opportunities into closed business while adhering to established sales goals and KPIs. The ISR will serve as an advocate for the client's products and services, ensuring a strong understanding of their value proposition and fostering relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of proven tech sales experience; SaaS or financial experience preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call, with strong soft skills to drive impact on the spot.
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
  • Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong organization and time management coupled with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High attention to details and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • SalesForce, Outreach, Gong and other sales tech stack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the full cycle sales process for new customers.
  • Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and achieve established sales goals and objectives.
  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client, building interest and awareness of client's value proposition and assess mutual fit with customers.
  • Constantly strive to improve by proactively seeking coaching and guidance from peers and managers.
  • Articulate business and technical propositions effectively via call and email.
  • Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
