About the position

Noogata is seeking a skilled inside sales representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales and a proven track record of selling to Digital Brands and Amazon Sellers. As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, nurturing leads, leading opportunities through the sales cycle, and closing deals. You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, manage customer data, and provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Lead the sales cycle of opportunities from lead to closed won.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales information in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our products and services remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales
  • Proven track record of selling to Digital Brands and Amazon Sellers
  • Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities
  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Knowledge and experience in leading the sales cycle of opportunities from lead to closed won
  • Collaboration skills with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales information in a CRM system
  • Strong teamwork skills to work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent customer service and support skills throughout the sales process
  • Up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and developments to ensure competitiveness
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
