About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, North American (NA) Dealer and is responsible for driving growth for the NA Dealer business by identifying, qualifying and closing potential Dental Service Organization (DSO) and private practice customers through proactive outreach, targeted campaigns, and support of new product launches while. This role plays a vital part in the sales cycle by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and strengthening relationships within assigned accounts to expand market share and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of effective sales strategies and the ability to understand and navigate a diverse product portfolio. Additionally, they will also support the Outside Sales team with day-to-day account activities Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to deliver responsive, high-quality support to both internal stakeholders and external customers across the dental market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar role with a proven track record of meeting required call volumes and talk time.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
  • Understanding of the dental market and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth for the Young product portfolio through dealer and direct channels in the assigned region.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads, build a robust sales pipeline resulting in revenue growth.
  • Qualify and close marketing-generated inbound leads through effective communication, understanding customer needs, and assessing fit for the company’s products and services.
  • Provide voice of customer and market feedback to sales, product management and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information for follow-up actions.
  • Support dealer reps as required to enable revenue growth for private practice accounts.
  • Partner closely with the Strategic Account Managers and Clinical Implementation Managers to execute account strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns that drive revenue and share growth.
  • Monitor account activity, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify opportunities to expand share of wallet within existing accounts.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives by coordinating communications, materials, and follow-up activities with sales and customers.
  • Participate in sales training and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
