About The Position

In the Inside Sales/Customer Service position, the individual will spend the first 1-2 months acquiring the requisite product knowledge and skills in the plant to transition to an Inside Sales Representative position. Initially, the individual will spend the first 1-2 months in our plant working and learning the products. After this period, they will transition to the Inside Sales/Customer Service role and become familiar with customers, products, pricing, and our high-quality Customer Service strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum H.S. diploma; ideal 1-2 years of community college, technical school, 4-year university, or military service.
• 2 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Spend the first 1-2 months in the plant working and learning the products.
• Transition to the Inside Sales/Customer Service role and become familiar with customers, products, pricing, and customer service strategy.
• Apply industrial and hydraulic hose knowledge to customer applications.
• Continuously learn and update product knowledge.
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to service specific customers and assist with special projects and telemarketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to each customer daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
