Their global sales and service network provides customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for answering incoming sales inquiry calls, providing information via phone, email, or mail, pre-qualifying customer inquiries, disseminating call information, making outbound calls, logging and tracking sales call information, following up on sales leads, and participating in training activities. This role also involves working within various departments within the branch as needed.
