The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible but not limited to the following: Prospecting for new business to develop relationships with key decision-makers, responding to customer needs, and leading generation expertise. The role requires the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. The representative will qualify all existing leads in Salesforce.com, all DRN lead databases and resources, coordinate, promote and lead webinars in the assigned region, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives. Additionally, the representative will accept inbound and perform outbound telephone calls to identify sales opportunities, meet, track, and exceed daily call & activity metrics, and align with other members of the sales organization to support overall company revenue targets.
