Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for processing, entering, monitoring, managing, and selling ingredients to dairies and feed yards. This role involves order management, customer service, and proactive sales efforts to maintainpetitive pricing and relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-3 years of related sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Word).
  • Strongmunication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.
  • Strong customer servicemitment.
  • Frequent sitting, use ofputer,munication via telephone
  • Ability to navigate an office environment.
  • Regular and predictable attendance in office or site location.
  • Job may require occasional travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Sell ingredients to customers, manage contracts, andmunicate sales details.
  • Call on customers to gather market information and maintainpetitive pricing.
  • Support team members by relaying dailymodity pricing updates.
  • Communicate order entry for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy in pricing and logistics.
  • Address customer service issues, includingplaints, account reconciliations, and product concerns.
  • Monitor andmunicate contract balances with customers.
  • Assist with paperwork processing, cancellations, and voids as needed.
  • Provide coverage for other accounts when necessary.
  • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity, and contributes to creating an environment w people want to work.
  • Other duties as assigned.
