About The Position
Inside Sales Rep We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our Lansing, NY team! As our Inside Sales Rep you will be responsible for quoting new and repeat customers for IMR Test services. Location: Lansing, NY Shift: First (9am-5:30pm, some flexibility) Hourly Rate: $21-$23/hour Please note that the hourly rate range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in NY. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. Requirements
- Reliability and consistency

- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Associates or applicable experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities with other departments to create pricing proposals/quotes for customers.
- Follows up with other departments to ensure customers receive their quotes in a timely manner
- Assists various departments and customers as needed on routine questions.
- Responds to customer needs in a quick and effective manner performing account management functions.
