The School Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing, supporting, and growing the School business unit through high-volume order processing, detailed account data management, systems-driven inside sales support, and proactive territory development. This role serves as the primary liaison for accounts in the OH, IN, KY, and MI markets and is heavily focused on accurate data entry, order lifecycle management, reporting, CRM/ERP system maintenance, and outbound prospecting to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Accounting, IT, Shipping, and Purchasing teams, this position supports territory growth through inbound and outbound research, account management, detailed order coordination, and ongoing account analysis while ensuring operational accuracy and customer satisfaction.
