About The Position

The OEM Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with OEM partners. This individual will engage with manufacturers and integrators to understand application requirements and deliver tailored lithium battery solutions that align with their product and production needs. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex sales cycles, support long-term partnerships, and contribute to scalable growth within the OEM channel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably supporting OEM or B2B manufacturing environments.
  • Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications and integration requirements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and account management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage longer, more complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lithium batteries, energy storage, automotive, or related technical industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers, managing inbound inquiries and ongoing account needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new OEM opportunities to expand strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with OEM clients to understand product specifications, integration requirements, and production timelines.
  • Present and educate partners on lithium battery solutions, including technical capabilities, performance benefits, and customization options.
  • Develop and manage a robust OEM sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to support custom solutions and ensure successful integration.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing structures aligned with volume production and long-term agreements.
  • Support contract negotiations and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with OEM accounts.
  • Partner with marketing to support OEM-focused campaigns, product launches, and co-branded initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving OEM market demands.
