Requirements

• 3-4 years of customer service experience (inbound/outbound)
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency
• Ability to work in the office daily (this is not a remote role)
• Flexible availability for assigned shift and occasional weekends
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for our in-home sales team.
• Schedule appointments
• Coordinate with field sales reps
• Follow up on quotes
• Help drive revenue through effective outbound communication.
