FPL Home is looking for Inside Sales Agents to join our team in Miami, FL. We are seeking motivated, self-starter candidates who are eager to earn, grow, and build a long-term career with our organization. This is an inbound sales role within a fast-paced call center environment. In this position, you will engage with customers, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and leverage your communication and negotiation skills to drive sales results. Our competitive compensation structure includes: Base pay + sales commission Potential promotional incentives Agents earn an average of $63K annually, with top performers exceeding this through strong sales contributions and incentive opportunities. Schedule & Work Environment Hours of operation: Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This role operates in a structured call center environment where: Agents are expected to maintain consistent availability during scheduled work hours Breaks and lunches are scheduled and taken at assigned times to support call volume and service level commitments Performance is measured by sales results, customer experience, and schedule adherence Why Join FPL Home?
