Requirements
- VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- Computer literate, able to type with out looking not "peck and hunt" :- )
- Someone with a steady job history (that can be verified) - our employees stay with us for a long time! We want someone that is committed to building a meaningful career with us, long term. We reward loyalty and longevity!
- Punctuality - Must show up consistently and be on-time or early (even better!).
- Respectful/Mature/Professional personality and appearance. We are a professional work place. This is a career not a job!
Nice To Haves
- Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
- Collect payments and follow up on missed payments
- Assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals
- Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
