The Inside Sales Representative – Construction role supports the sales process by connecting with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, and forwarding qualified leads to outside sales representatives What You Will Do in This Role:

Requirements

  • Strong computer experience
  • Excellent phone presence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

  • Prior sales experience
  • Experience in the construction equipment industry

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and contact new and existing customers
  • Update and accurately maintain customer account information and machine population records
  • Participate in call campaigns and special projects
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs
  • Travel as required for training or to support other locations
