Role Description: As the Regional Vice President, Inside Sales for Matterport, you will build, lead, and scale a world-class inside sales organization responsible for driving adoption of Matterport’s industry-defining technology across the built-world. This role is foundational: you will help architect the systems, processes, leadership talent, and performance culture that power a fast-growing, high-velocity revenue engine. You will lead and develop a team of sales leaders and front-line sellers, with responsibility for driving new customer acquisition, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a consistent, exceptional customer experience. As we grow, you will play a critical role in hiring, onboarding, and developing a large, multi-layered inside sales force. This is a highly visible, hands-on executive leadership role for someone who builds culture, raises standards, and knows how to create repeatable excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across CoStar Group - including Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement, and GTM leadership - to refine our go-to-market strategy, optimize sales effectiveness, and drive scalable, predictable revenue growth. This role is on-site five days a week in Arlington, VA.
