Inside Sales - Property & Casualty Insurance

About the position

As an Inside Producer at McGriff, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be part of a team that sells new business insurance in a centralized sales environment. Your role will involve building strong relationships with insurance, business, and individual partners, making you the trusted insurance contact. This position is part of the Property & Casualty Specialty Lines team, where you will work to deliver purposeful work and meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business insurance to referrals, teammates, and other sources.
• Build strong relationships with insurance, business, and individual partners.
• Act as the trusted insurance contact for clients.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products.
