We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. To be successful, team members will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication skills including articulation, persuasion/sales, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to use a multi-line telephone system, copy/fax machine, scanner, printer, and postage meter.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Velocify and PestPac or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow “scripts” when handling different sales campaigns.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile to build rapport.
  • Keep records of all conversations utilizing our CRM (HubSpot, PestPac, etc.)
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal & team weekly and monthly production targets.
  • Completing phone sales on qualified leads, preparing and sending E-Contract to customer and set up service via Best Fit process.
  • Selling residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures.
  • Collecting payments and apply payment to proper account.
  • Scheduling inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians.
  • Resolving billing issues, offer resolutions, and apply credits/adjustments when appropriate.
