The Opportunity We are currently seeking motivated and driven Full-Time Inside Sales Professionals to join our Business Development team, working in-office at our Burnsville, MN location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable spending time on the phone, and wants a flexible schedule while being part of a high-energy, supportive sales team.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to follow a sales process
  • Resilience, tenacity, and comfort handling objections
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, data entry)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is a plus—but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across Minnesota and North Dakota
  • Conduct outbound phone outreach using a proven, pre-developed sales script
  • Consult with business owners after accreditation to support their online presence and marketplace credibility
  • Accurately document sales activity and customer information in internal systems
  • Collaborate with a tenured and highly engaged sales team (average tenure: 6+ years)
