Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lay on the floor, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Ability to talk or hear, taste or smell
  • Must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phone, fax and E-Commerce to include company transfers and delivery request
  • Locate parts, equipment and supplies for our customers from various sources.
  • Support long term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance
  • Assist in warehouse duties, which include pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift
  • Promote new and existing products, upgrades and services to our customers
  • Assist customers with technical support and problem solving
  • Identify prospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (Territory Managers or Account Executives)
  • Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility by restocking and maintaining both showroom shelves and product displays
  • Process warranties
  • Process Cycle Counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of physical inventory
  • Make occasional deliveries using site vehicle
  • Participate in after-hours On Call and Training classes
  • Work overtime as assigned
  • Work cooperatively with others
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance
