Your Impact on Our Operations As an Inside Sales – Plumbing/PVF associate, you will be the driving force behind Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Growth:

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous Plumbing/PVF industry experience or Counter Sales experience preferred.
  • Skills/Mastery: High proficiency with P21 (or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office products.
  • Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage inventory availability, lead times, and expedited shipping requests.
  • Leadership Traits: A cooperative attitude and a deep dedication to providing elite customer service.
  • Requirements: Physically able to sit or stand for extended periods and routinely lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders, quotes, and returns via the P-21 system to maintain operational flow.
  • Drive repeat business by providing timely technical product information and recommending cost-effective alternatives.
  • Maintain the Inside Sales Portal and monitor shipment schedules to ensure our promises to customers are kept.
  • Partner with Outside Sales to identify new opportunities and expand our footprint within the Bowling Green territory.
